A qualified Project Manager and chartered engineer. Experienced in the Oil and
Gas industry with a specific focus on project development, delivery and equipment
modularisation.
His most recent major project involvement was leading the water and brine
injection trials for Origin Energy / Australia Pacific LNG through engineering,
delivery, commissioning and operation. Providing the stepping stone to operational injection
which delivered the optimal cost, social and environmental benefits for water management in
APLNG central assets. Organisational and technical complexity as well as being the proof of
concept and technology trial relied drew upon a broad technical foundation and best practice
project management to deliver successful project outcomes.
Prior to this a range of exploration, gas compression and treatment, wellhead facilities
and gathering network projects were executed in the Oil & Gas Sector.
In manufacturing and general engineering areas a diverse range of projects were completed
in smaller companies. These included machine and component design, process improvement
and automation, fabrication detailing, lifting equipment design and maintenance.
Passionate about delivering high value outcomes though the synergy of fit for purpose design
alongside best practice, scalable, project management. With a proven record for integration
whole of life design and leading modular design and prefabrication.

Alan has nine years of engineering, operation, maintenance & project delivery experience
in various Brownfield and Greenfield Oil and Gas teams. He has worked for both owner's teams
and consultancies covering project and technical roles within the Asia Pacific.
Having in worked the field and office, on small project in start-ups, with mulit national engineering
consultancies and delivery on mega projects provides the key foundation. This is core to bring scalable best pratice
your project's and technical scopes.
His experience enables him to lead multi-disciplinary teams and work in technical roles
particularly in the pipeline engineering field.
